Pest & Disease Management

This course provides an evidence-based overview of the most common pests and diseases affecting cannabis plants, with a strong emphasis on Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Learners will explore key diseases such as gray mould, powdery mildew, tobacco mosaic virus, and root diseases. The course will also cover major pest threats including mites and thrips. Learners will familiarise themselves with standard management practices, biological control methods, and the core principles of IPM, supporting informed decision-making and effective, sustainable plant health management.
