Working with a national plant protection organization

Working with a National Plant Protection Organization is a certified self-paced FAO e-learning course designed to strengthen understanding of the role, responsibilities and operations of National Plant Protection Organizations (NPPOs) under the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC). It explains how NPPOs prevent pest introduction and spread, facilitate safe trade and fulfil their strategic functions. The course supports plant health professionals, especially new NPPO staff, as well as producers, importers, exporters and partner agencies.
