Evaluates key factors relating to the implementation and review of strategies and policies. Assesses the status and future of soil’s capacity and management to keep it healthy and productive.

Sets large scale soil management and land husbandry strategies. Works with partners and mobilises resources for efficient implementation of soil management strategies and policies.
